Steaming cabinet of DC series is a special steaming and boiling equipment for quick-frozen food industry. The designing and manufacturing of the equipment meets the requirement of "HACCP". The structure is made of stainless steel with the process of seamless welding, without dead corner for sanitation. In the cooking process, very few water droplets occur, so it is unnecessary to operate the steaming cart manually when entering and leaving the cabinet, so as to avoid cross infection. The top of the cabinet is equipped with an independent air extraction system to prevent the generation of condensed water and scald employees, and reduce the excessive mould caused by steam in the steaming room. The whole process is controlled by PLC system or digital display control system. All parameter in the production process can be recorded in real time to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the original data.
